UNIT KEY RULE
No unit owner shall alter any lock, nor install a new lock, to prevent access when the unit is unoccupied, unless prior written consent of the Board of Directions is obtained. Where such consent is given, the unit owner shall provide the Association with a key. There have been several roof & water leaks this year. Please make sure the office has a key for access!
